Ordering precious metal from Brinkman Global is a simple procedure. Call a dealer at 312.453.8322 and discuss what product you would like to purchase and receive a price quote (pricing is based on a premium over the spot price of the metal). You may either immediately “lock-in” that price or place an order to buy at a specified price below current pricing.

If your order is confirmed filled you will receive a confirmation number and your price is “locked in.” Your metal will then be shipped once Brinkman Global has received “good funds.”

Shipping to Brinkman Global is the responsibility of the customer. Brinkman Global strongly recommends making delivery via United States Postal Service Registered mail fully insured. Once your shipment has been received a check or wire will be remitted.

Your shipment will be made once Brinkman Global receives “good funds.” Payment can be made via bank wire or personal check (payment made via check may significantly delay shipment). Orders will ship once payment is confirmed and funds have cleared.

In order for Brinkman Global to honor your “locked in” price, payment of good funds must be received into your account within 48 hours of order fill confirmation.

It is Brinkman Global’s right to cancel orders that do not meet this requirement.

In order for Brinkman Global to honor your “locked in” price, delivery must be made within 24 hours of order fill confirmation and received by Brinkman Global within 5 days of order fill confirmation.

Shipping is expedited after "Good Funds" have been received by Brinkman Global Metals. To protect our property and our customer’s purchase, all orders are shipped INSURED & REGISTERED MAIL via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS insured mail or Brinks Worldwide.

Delivery will require adult identification, signature, and Proof of Delivery from the addressee at time of delivery.

Your order is shipped within 24 hours of Brinkman Global receiving “good funds.”  Your shipment can be expected on average within 3 to 5 business days of delivery.

From time to time certain products may not be available for immediate delivery. 

There is a minimal cost of shipping and insurance. For all gold and platinum orders, a minimum $25.00 fee will be added.  Silver shipping cost is $25.00 or 10 cents per troy ounce whichever is greater.

Yes. Brinkman Global will hold your metal in inventory. You may sell your metal back to Brinkman Global at any time without incurring any shipping or inventory charges. This is the least expensive way to purchase metal.

At the customer’s request, any metal being held in inventory can be shipped to the customer for normal shipping costs.

Brinkman Global does not charge any tax on your order shipped within the United States. You should consult your tax advisor for specific taxation advice.
